1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Z Play: Offline Games No Wifi ("Z Play", "the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Before accessing the App, you will be presented with a consent screen confirming that:
- You agree to these Terms
- You agree to the Privacy Policy
- You confirm you are at least 16 years old
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. About the App
Z Play is a collection of mini-games. Some games require an internet connection the first time they are launched in order to download necessary files. After download, games may be played offline.
Certain games may include open-source software components licensed under their respective open-source licenses.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:
- Removal of advertisements
- Purchase of tokens used to access certain in-game features (such as undo actions without viewing ads)
Purchases are processed through the platform provider (Google Play or Apple App Store) and managed using RevenueCat.
We do not store or process payment information directly.
5. Tokens
Tokens:
- Are digital consumable items
- Remain in your account/device once purchased unless used
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
Lost tokens due to device reset, uninstallation, or platform limitations are subject to restoration policies of the app store provider.
6. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements.
Users may purchase an option to remove ads. Ad removal applies only to eligible ad placements and does not guarantee removal of all promotional content.
7. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the App
- Modify or redistribute game files
- Attempt to exploit token systems
- Interfere with backend systems
- Use automated systems to manipulate gameplay
8. Device Restrictions and Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Restrict access to the App
- Block devices
- Suspend functionality
If we detect abuse, exploitation, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
9. Open Source Components
Some mini-games or components may include open-source software.
Such components are licensed under their respective licenses. Use of those components is governed by the applicable open-source license terms.
A list of open-source attributions may be provided within the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free gameplay
- Continuous server availability
- Compatibility with all devices
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
ZeilaTech and Jonathan Mensah shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of tokens
- Gameplay interruptions
- Device-related issues
12. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to:
- Modify features
- Add or remove games
- Adjust token mechanics
- Update pricing
- Discontinue parts of the App
At any time without prior notice.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
14. Governing Principles
These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
